Healthy cooking can be very easy and simple and this unique cooking book will show you some necessary basics. Once you know the basics, preparing healthy meals can be as automatic, and as essential to your well-being as brushing your teeth in the morning, in the evening, and after your meals.

It is a cooking book - not a cook book.  The book has recipes, but more importantly, the book expresses a unique (and wonderful) philosophy of cooking that is refreshing.

The book is suitable for both genders (male and female). Is this not fascinating? Men will consider this cooking book because it offers ideas of cooking with flair not the ordinary run-of-the-mill meals.

Who knows you may get the benefits, blessings, ideas, and inspirations from reading my writings? You will never know until you really take some time to read the books. The proof of the pudding is in the eating, isn’t it?
